This news is about how many steps need to take every day. There been studies that have shown that walking 10,000 steps a day can keep us healthy and make us live longer, but a new study looked at the exercise data of 225,000 adults around the world, with an average age of 64 an different level of health. Data show that walking 4,000 steps a day can help us live longer. Reduce the risk of dying from diabetes, heart diseases and other life-threatening conditions. Taking an extra 1,000 steps a day reduces the risk of premature death by about 15%, so people should walk more often.
